The role requires 1–3 years of direct childcare experience in a residential or daycare setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

• Ensure GRO compliance with licensing standards and policies.
• Supervise staff and residents, ensuring safety and positive interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Oversee shift operations, conduct meetings and staff evaluations.
• Assist with meal planning, housekeeping, and daily care routines.
• Monitor and document daily logs for residents (medication, visitation, etc.).
