Job summary

Adecco Staffing in partnership with a high-level manufacturing facility in Laconia, NH is hiring Setup Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts to set up at least one grinding machine and perform precision finish grinding on ferrous and non-ferrous parts.

You will read drawings, set speeds/feeds, change grinding wheels, monitor operations, verify first piece, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances while maintaining gauges and safe working conditions. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret drawings, process sheets and specifications.
• Maintain production levels and quality standards.
• Track and record production information and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up grinding machines and perform finish grinding on parts.
• Select speeds, feeds and tooling; monitor operations.
• Change grinding wheels and verify first piece against standards.
• Maintain gauges, blocks and measurement tools; ensure safety.
