Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical manufacturing education preferred.
• Manufacturing, machining, grinding or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to safely operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate small surface grinding equipment.
• Change and balance grinding wheels; identify wheel issues.
• Perform basic dimensional inspections and document results.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Operate band saws and finishing equipment to meet specs.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
• Follow EHS policies and wear PPE.
