Brown Packing Co. is seeking a dependable Stand‑Up Reach Truck Operator for the 2nd shift.

You will safely operate a stand‑up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout a refrigerated warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping operations. The role includes training with a start time of 10:00 AM during the initial schedule, then a regular 1:30 PM 2nd shift after training is complete.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand‑up reach trucks preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up reach truck in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Pick customer and production orders accurately and efficiently.
• Store products in designated rack locations while maintaining organization.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Scan products and complete inventory transactions using warehouse equipment.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Brown Packing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Stand‑Up Reach Truck Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. This position is responsible for safely operating a stand‑up reach truck to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping operations.

Schedule

Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM start time.

Regular 2nd Shift Schedule: Once training is successfully completed, the scheduled start time will be 1:30 PM.
