Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent warehouse and equipment operation experience.
• Proficiency operating an order/cherry picker, counterbalance, and/or reach truck.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50+ lbs frequently during an 8+ hour shift.
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 50 feet.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking product from multi-level racks using a cherry picker, counterbalance, and/or reach truck.
• Staging, loading, and unloading shipments to and from trailers and containers.
• Efficiently stacking and storing merchandise in designated areas.
• Labeling pallets accurately and preparing products for scheduled shipping.
• Breaking down and consolidating pallets for put-away or picking.
• Performing daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
• Complying with OSHA, MSDS, and established safety procedures.
• Ad hoc duties as they arise.

Order/Cherry Picker Operator positions currently open for our clients in their busy Bloomingdale and Savannah/Georgetown location for 1st and 2nd Shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately picking product from multi-level racks using a cherry picker, counterbalance, and/or reach truck
• Staging, loading, and unloading shipments to and from trailers and containers
• Efficiently stacking and storing merchandise in designated areas
• Labeling pallets accurately and preparing products for scheduled shipping
• Breaking down and consolidating pallets for put-away or picking
• Performing daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and equipment
