Job summary

Manpower Las Vegas is seeking experienced Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklift operators to join our warehouse team in Las Vegas. You will safely operate powered industrial equipment to move inventory and replenish stock across the distribution center.

Flexibility with shift times and overtime is required. RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems experience are preferred, as is strong attention to detail and reliable attendance to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklifts.
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
• Able to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and relocate inventory.
• Load and unload trailers following procedures.
• Scan products with RF scanners and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Transport pallets and materials within the warehouse.
• Perform order fulfillment meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Follow FIFO and location accuracy in inventory control.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet daily goals.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Reach Truck & Dock Stocker Forklift Operator

Seeking experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck & Dock Stocker Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move store stage and replenish inventory throughout the distribution center. Candidates must be flexible with shift start and end times based on operational demands and overtime requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate Reach Truck and Dock Stocker forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.

Pick put away replenish and relocate inventory within warehouse locations.

Load and unload trailers while following warehouse procedures.

Accurately scan products using RF scanners and maintain inventory accuracy.

Transport pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.

Perform order fulfillment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Conduct daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.

Follow inventory control procedures including FIFO and location accuracy.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
