Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to report to work and begin shift at 6:00 AM.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
• Move, stage, and organize products in the refrigerated shipping area.
• Verify products and quantities for outgoing shipments.
• Ensure products are properly handled to prevent damage.
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping dock.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks and other approved material-handling equipment as required.
• Work effectively in refrigerated/cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Communicate with supervisors, drivers, and other team members regarding shipments.
• Perform other shipping and warehouse duties as assigned.
