Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is recruiting for a Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator in Cary, IL on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–11:00pm). This long-term full-time role offers an opportunity for hire-on based on performance and attendance.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of stand-up reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and basic math skills. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, operating the stand-up reach truck, and maintaining warehouse

Qualifications

• Six months experience operating a stand-up reach truck.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Pick and prepare orders from warehouse inventory.
• Operate a stand-up reach truck to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Transport items to staging areas for truck loading.
• Locate and retrieve pallets from shelves and floor locations.
• Use scan guns to track and fulfill orders accurately.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards.

Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm (2nd Shift)
