Kelly Services in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Grinder Machinist to set up and operate CNC grinding machines, read engineering drawings, and ensure part quality.

This direct-hire role offers two shift options, OT opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and a $500 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience operating CNC grinding equipment.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

CNC Grinder | Direct Hire | $22-27/hr. based on skills and experience | Grand Rapids, MI

2 Shift options Available:

• Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:00am - 10 hours of OT each week
• Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm - 10 hours of OT each week
