Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. seeks a Bagger Operator to run production machinery at the Carthage facility. You will handle bagger and case/box erectors, ensure correct packaging materials, and maintain daily paperwork and sanitation per HACCP standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and reliable, self-driven performance with minimal supervision. Forklift/Palletjack certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable and self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Forklift/pallet jack certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate all production machinery for daily production.
• Comply with GMPs, SOPs, safety practices, and code of safe operations.
• Check packaging materials and coding against product specs.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of centerline paperwork.
• Perform machine change-overs and adjust equipment to minimize downtime.
• Replenish packaging supplies and maintain a clean HACCP-compliant area.
