This position focuses on deburring, trimming, and finishing stainless steel and other metal parts to exact specifications, directly contributing to product integrity and performance. The Grinder works closely with engineering and production teams to interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances. This role requires proficiency with manual grinding equipment, strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards. Ultimately, your expertise helps maintain the company’s reputation for manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
