Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing quality position in Michigan. The role ensures product quality before shot blasting and during processing, supports continuous improvement, and fosters team collaboration.

• Experience operating hand tools, hi-lo and cranes.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.

• Work safely and efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stand for long periods, stooping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating hand tools, hi-lo and cranes.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions.

Travel

This position requires minimal to no travel.

Computer Skills

• Basic computer skill proficiency
• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems.

• Positive interpersonal skills
• Must be open-minded to new ideas and concepts.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to read and Interpret blueprints and other written documents.

Other Skills

• Safe and efficient operation of hand tools and equipment
• Accuracy and completeness of work delivered to all customers.
• Ability to read measuring tools and tape measurers.
• Good attendance and punctuality
