Job summary

PlayCore is seeking a focused and detail-oriented team member to ensure product quality before final shipment. You will contribute to continuous improvements, support departmental goals, and foster a collaborative environment across teams.

The role emphasizes staying customer-focused, adhering to company policies, and working safely with presses and related equipment. Prior ERP experience (EPICOR) and basic metalworking knowledge are a plus.

Education And/or Experience

• This position requires a knowledge of basic sheet metal working methods to ensure a quality product is delivered to all customers
• Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent

This position requires minimal to no travel

Computer Skills

• Basic Computer skills
• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

Other Requirements

• Knowledge of Press Breaks, Shears and assorted hand tools (preferred)
• Blueprint reading
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Must be open-minded to new ideas and concepts
• Possesses very good problem-solving skills
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented

Other Skills

• Safe and efficient packaging of finished goods to minimize damage
• Accuracy and completeness of packaged goods shipped to customer
