Qualifications

• 1+ years of grill/sauté cook or scratch-kitchen experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic knife skills, cooking methods, and kitchen safety/sanitation standards
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Cook proteins and entrées to order on the grill and sauté stations — this is a scratch kitchen, so get ready to prep, season, and cook your way through every shift
• Follow recipes with precision
