Job summary

Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Grill Cook in the Dietary department (NEW TOWER) for full-time shifts, including weekends on a rotating basis. You will oversee and support the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals, following standardized recipes, daily production charts, and HACCP guidelines.

Required is 3 years of grill/short-order cooking experience, high school or equivalent, and a Food Safety Certification within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
• Knowledge in principles of sanitation and safety in food handling and equipment.
• 1 year of trade school or vocational schooling preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required within 6 months of hire.
