Qualifications

• High-volume restaurant experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of meat seasoning, searing, and cooking.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Knows equipment and prep sheets, supports teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Broil Cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Understand and maintain steak temperatures.
• Season, sear, and cook meat to spec.
