El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Grill Master to create a best-in-class guest experience by preparing grilled and hot foods to company standards. You’ll marinate, cook, portion, and present items while maintaining quality and safety. This role supports restaurant operations and offers growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience in food preparation and grill operations is preferred.
• Certification as a food handler is required or obtained promptly after hire.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Prepare, marinate, season, cook, stock and rotate chicken and other grilled proteins according to company standards.
• Receive orders, cut cooked chicken, and arrange proteins for presentation.
• Monitor holding time and ensure proper serving temperatures.
• Inspect raw proteins for quality prior to marinating or grilling.
• Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations.
