BLAZIN CHICKEN JC LLC in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a skilled Grill Man to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will operate and manage the grill station, cooking chicken and other items to order, and ensure food safety and quality.

• Season, marinate, and prepare chicken and proteins prior to service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grill station throughout each shift.
• Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to ensure timely food preparation.
• Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Food handler certification is a plus
