Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification.
• Follow Standard grill line recipes.
• Operate grill and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake per cook instructions.
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace.
• Properly store and handle food.
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
