Job summary

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill in Maumee, OH is seeking motivated line cooks to join our team. You will be responsible for grill line setup and teardown, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and kitchen sanitation.

You will prepare and cook food to order per specifications, follow grill line recipes, operate grills and fryers, and maintain a clean, safe workstation. We offer competitive wages, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, employee meals, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Working knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations.
• Grill cook experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order per the specification
• Follow standard grill line recipes
• Operate grill and fryers; sautee, broil, and bake per cook instructions
• Setup and teardown of food preparation workspace
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace
• Properly store and handle food
• Follow food service safety & sanitation protocols across the kitchen
• Comply with company policies and procedures
