Ideal candidates have prior grill cook or kitchen experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is needed; equipment safety and food safety standards apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, and other grill items according to recipes and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout shifts.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Stock and rotate food supplies using FIFO methods.

Position Summary

Fuddruckers is seeking an energetic and dependable Grill Cook to prepare high-quality burgers and menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, maintains high cleanliness standards, and works well as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, and other grill items according to Fuddruckers recipes and food safety standards
• Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout shifts
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all health and safety guidelines
• Stock and rotate food supplies using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods
• Assist with kitchen prep work and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with team members and management during busy service periods
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications
