Job description

Fuddruckers is hiring a qualified full‑time or part‑time Fry Cook to become a valuable team member. The Fry Cook is required to prep, hand batter & fry sides, chicken entrees as part of their duties. He/she is responsible for preparing other products, which will involve cutting and lifting products in cases as well as assembling, measuring, portioning and restocking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all products to Fuddruckers specifications, following freshness standards, temperatures and hold times as directed by company, local, state and federal guidelines
• Keep open communication with other Cooks and the Expeditor to meet Guest needs
• Monitor ticket times to ensure Guests receive their order in accordance to Fuddruckers ticket time standards
• Practice, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures according to policy and health/sanitation regulations
• Manage and maintain a safe working condition
• Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with quality standards
• Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
• Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcome

• Ability to cross train in other areas as needed
