Fuddruckers is seeking an energetic Grill Cook to prepare high-quality burgers and menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. You will operate grills and fryers, maintain cleanliness, and work with a team to deliver great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior grill cook or kitchen experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is needed; equipment safety and food safety standards apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, and other grill items according to recipes and safety standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout shifts.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Stock and rotate food supplies using FIFO methods.
• Assist with kitchen prep work and closing duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management during busy service periods.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
