Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Grill Cook (upscale-casual or fine dining preferred).
• Experience with Italian-inspired menus, wood-fired dishes, or pizza is a plus.
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across grill, sauté, pizza oven, and prep stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications, focusing on wood-fired pizzas, pasta, and Italian entrées.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards for consistency and quality.
• Assist with daily prep tasks including chopping, sauces, and ingredient organization.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and team to ensure smooth service.
