Responsibilities include quality control, portioning, food prep, presentation, storage, and adherence to safety procedures. Prior kitchen experience and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
• Solid knowledge of culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
