Job Title: Grill Cook

Location: Stryker Cafe - 325 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ 07430. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time; Tuesday through Thursday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Prior culinary experience, customer service skills, Food Handlers certificate, and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Essential Duties

1. Take customer orders and prepare food accordingly.
2. Serve food efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
3. Use ticket procedures and maintain records during service.
4. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between stations.
6. Store foods properly, following safety protocols.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain positive working relationships.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
