DO & CO AG in New York is seeking a dynamic Grill Cook to join our growing culinary team. You will prepare and grill a variety of meats, fish, and seafood to the high standards expected in airline and luxury event dining.

The role requires one year of grill experience, flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to collaborate with chefs to develop dish presentations. We offer complimentary meals, professional growth, and the chance to represent a leading luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of grill experience in a high-paced kitchen.
• Culinary education is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill a variety of meats, fish, and seafood to DO & CO standards.
• Execute diverse cooking techniques including roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing and grilling.
• Adhere to standardized recipes and monitor ingredient shortages.
• Oversee food production flow to ensure timely execution.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor supplies at cooking stations.
• Collaborate with Executive or Sous Chef on new dish presentations.
