You will monitor inventory, ensure temperatures are correct, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed. This role requires reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats.
• Keep grill area clean and organized; label/store items properly.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low.
• Ensure items are cooked to correct temperatures and served promptly.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines for raw meats and ingredients.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed.
• Perform other duties to support restaurant operations.
