Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine in Wesley Chapel, FL is hiring a Grill Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prep, cook, and flame premium menu items to our exact recipes while maintaining clean, safe stations.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of high-volume line cook experience, strong teamwork, and the stamina to stand for an 8-hour shift; benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of high-volume line cook experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Full mobility to operate in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and fire premium menu items according to established recipes and plating guides.
• Assist with the complete setup, deep cleaning, and full stocking of the entire main service line before service begins.
• Lead or assist in closing down the line at the end of service, including wrapping products and cleaning.
• Maintain immaculate preparation surfaces and follow health codes and sanitation standards.
• Monitor temperatures on grills, fryers, ovens, and coolers.
• Taste and inspect ingredients for freshness and use FIFO rotation.
• Track stock thresholds during busy shifts to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
• Memorize and apply precise portion metrics and cook times.
• Partner with prep cooks, dishwashers, and front-of-house staff to ensure fast service.
