Baku is seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team. The role emphasizes reviewing menus before cooking, ensuring adherence to procedures, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth food service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus culinary training or on-the-job experience, and at least one year of food preparation experience with strong sanitation awareness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review menus prior to preparation of food.
