Job summary

Stoltzfus Meats, Inc. is seeking a dependable Grill Cook for Amos' Place with a consistent daytime schedule. The role is full-time with a regular Tuesday–Saturday shift from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sundays & Mondays off. Benefits are included, and you’ll work in a small, family-owned kitchen environment.

You will prepare and cook menu items, run the grill, and ensure food is prepared accurately, on time, and safely. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/kitchen experience required.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality.
• Experience on grill station and line cook roles is preferred.
• Willing to learn the menu, procedures, and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Run the grill station and keep orders moving during busy periods.
• Prepare food accurately and on time.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and ready for service.

Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour based on experience

What You’ll Do.

You’ll be an important part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly and serving the quality food our customers expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and quality standards
• Running the grill station and keeping orders moving during busy periods
• Preparing food accurately, consistently, and on time
• Keeping your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Working alongside the kitchen team to help wherever needed
• Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Taking pride in the quality and presentation of the food you serve

• Experienced in restaurant, grill, line cook, or other professional food preparation work

You don't need to know our kitchen on day one. We'll train you on our menu, procedures, and expectations. What we're looking for most is someone with a solid kitchen foundation, a good work ethic, and a desire to be part of the team.
