You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborate with the team, handle prep tasks, and help keep the station organized while delivering consistent, great-tasting meals. This role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous grill or line cook experience preferred (but not required – we will train)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items on a flat top grill (cheesesteaks, chicken, pork, etc.)
• Follow recipes and portion standards consistently
• Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service
• Set up and stock grill station before and during shifts
• Ensure proper food handling, cooking temperatures, and storage procedures
• Keep grill station clean, organized, and sanitized at all times
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Assist with prep work (slicing meats, prepping onions, etc.) as needed
• Monitor inventory levels at station and notify management when low
