Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing.
• Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain accurate records during service.
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, adhering to safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
