Job Details

• Location: Northrop Grumman Melbourne - 2000 West Nasa Boulevard, Melbourne, FL 32904. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 4:00 pm; hours may vary.
• Requirement: Previous high-volume kitchen experience required.
• Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station following standards and regulations.
2. Take customer orders, prepare items, and serve efficiently and courteously.
3. Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
4. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all work areas.
6. Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
7. Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
8. Maintain positive working relationships with staff and management.
