• We are hiring immediately for both full-time and part-time COOK positions.
• Location: Danfoss - 2800 East 13th Street, Ames, IA 50010. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full and part-time schedules, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Prepares food in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Uses established procedures during service, maintains records.
4. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, follows food safety procedures.
5. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
6. Assists in production planning, ordering, and reporting.
7. Reports maintenance issues immediately.
8. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintains good working relationships with staff and clients.
10. Performs other duties as assigned, following HACCP standards and safety policies.
