We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time GRILL COOK positions.

Address: Ascension St. Vincent's Medical Center - 1 Schircliff Way, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous short order grill cook experience is required.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes orders, prepares short-prep items, and serves at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records during service.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transfers food safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Performs job safely and maintains a clean work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
