• Schedule: Full time schedules, Monday through Friday; hours may vary. More details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food before serving.
• Use proper ticketing procedures and maintain records during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, ordering, and record keeping.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper glove and equipment use.
