We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions.

Location: Fidelity Westlake - One Destiny Way, Westlake, TX 76262. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience preferred.

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, adhering to standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Follow ticket-collection procedures and maintain records during service.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between stations.
• Store foods properly, following safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
