We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions.

Location: Mary Kay - 16251 Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX 75001. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Days may vary; more details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous culinary experience required.

Pay Range: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Take orders, prepare items, complete orders from steam tables, and serve customers.
2. Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
3. Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
4. Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
11. Perform duties safely and maintain a clean work environment.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
