Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions.
• Location: DuPont- Richmond - 5400 Jeff Davis Highway, North Chesterfield, VA 23234. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Versatile in abilities & knowledgeable of all kitchen duties. Fast-paced and large volume experience required.
• Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

1. Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve at multiple stations.
2. Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
3. Use ticket-collection procedures and record keeping during service.
4. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations.
6. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report to supervisor.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
