• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Baptist Memorial Hospital - 1100 Belk Boulevard, Oxford, MS 38655. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Days may vary, including rotating weekends and holidays. Weekend schedule: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous culinary experience required. Willing to train!

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain records during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between stations.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and communicate with supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with team members and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
