• Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe.
• Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times.
• Manage food inventory.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion.
