Job Description: Grill Cook at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Grill Cook position at Atrium Health Union, located at 1000 Healing Way, Matthews, NC 28104. Online applications are accepted only.

Essential Duties

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Use proper procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between work areas.
• Store foods properly, following safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
