Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Dutchess Drumlin Market - 53 Pendell Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous short order cooking and prep cooking experience preferred.
• Pay Rate: $16.85 per hour

Essential Duties

1. Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation; serve at multiple stations.
2. Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
3. Use ticket-collection procedures; maintain records during service.
4. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between stations.
6. Store foods properly, adhering to safety procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
