• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: Charlotte, NC 28227. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items, complete orders from steam tables, and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
• Follow established ticket-collection procedures; maintain records during service.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information to supervisor.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform job safely and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
