Job summary

Talk of the Town Restaurants is seeking an accomplished grill cook to prepare meals per customers' preferences at our Kissimmee location. You will grill meats and vegetables, monitor freshness, and ensure cross-contamination prevention throughout shifts.

Maintain a clean workstation and report equipment needs to the manager. The role requires standing for long periods, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a commitment to high-quality outputs and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior cooking experience, preferably with grilling.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long hours and multitask.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Grilling meat and vegetables.
• Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
• Preventing cross-contamination.
• Grilling different cuts of meats per customer preferences.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation.
• Informing the Manager when equipment needs maintenance or replacement.
