Talk of the Town Restaurant Group is seeking an accomplished grill/pit cook to prepare meals per customer preferences. You will inform wait staff when orders are ready, maintain a clean workstation, and monitor inventory to ensure ample supplies. A strong multitasking ability and strict adherence to food safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cook experience preferred with grilling.

Responsibilities

• Grill meat and vegetables according to orders.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh and safe for consumption.
• Prevent cross-contamination and maintain cleanliness of workstation.
• Grill different cuts per customer preferences when requested.
• Inform Manager when equipment needs maintenance or replacement.
• Track inventory to ensure adequate supplies at all times.
