Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergen information, preparation methods and proper serving presentation.
• Perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Adapt to changing work environments including temperature fluctuations.
• Assist in keeping kitchen stock organized, rotated, labeled and protected.
• Effectively read and comprehend menus and order screens.
• Communicate with front of house, leadership and guests as needed.
• Provide exceptional service by being welcoming, approachable, respectful, and attentive to guests.
