Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to take on additional roles.

Responsibilities

• Cook, grill and serve menu offerings within a designated station.
• Operate stove top, flat top, open flame grill and related kitchen equipment.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between stations and storage.
• Prepare and serve food per guest specifications.
• Store foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Maintain temperature logs and production records.
• Keep supplies stocked and inventory as directed.
• Set up and break down stations; keep equipment clean and sanitized.
• Adhere to state and local food safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally.
