Huey's Restaurant in the Memphis area is seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our team. This Grill/Fry/Pita Cook role prepares, cooks, and dresses food to recipes and customer requests, and ensures the station is set up correctly before service.

You will work with a friendly, laid-back team in a positive work environment, adhere to health and safety standards, meet ticket times, and contribute to high-quality, timely dishes. Huey's offers great benefits and opportunities for kitchen growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock station before each service.
• Prep food daily and follow Huey's recipes.
• Comply with health regulations and safety standards.
• Serve and prepare food of the highest quality.
• Ensure food is ready on time and in the right order.
• Meet required ticket times for courses.
• Clean station and assist others as needed.
• Communicate with back- and front-of-house staff.
• Follow Huey's policies and procedures.
